Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The Product Registration Prize Draw (hereafter referred to as “the Prize Draw”) is promoted by Mike’s Dive Store whose registered address is 113 Power Rd, Chiswick, West London, W4 5PY (“the Promoter”) & Scuba Travel, The Loft, The Old Mill, Godalming, Surrey, GU7 1EY (“the Promoter”),

Eligibility

2. The Prize Draw is open anyone aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children & spouse regardless of where they live) of the Promoter, its affiliated companies, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Should the winner be located outside the UK mainland, the winner must pay postage costs to receive the Mike’s Dive Store and Mike's Dive Camera gear.

3. The Prize Draw starts 24 July 2018 and closes at 2pm 27 October 2018 (“the Prize Draw Period”). Any product registrations before or after these times will not be considered.

Entry Process

4. Participants that register their first name, surname and email address, agree to be added to the subscriber lists of Mike’s Dive Store, Mike's Dive Cameras & Scuba Travel which & to receive promotional emails unless you unsubscribe. Entries via: https://www.mikesdivecameras.com/pages/competition during the Prize Draw Period will be entered into the Prize Draw.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
6. Incomplete, incorrect, or otherwise invalid entries will not be considered.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
8. Bad faith or fraudulent entries will be invalidated.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants and withhold the prize for violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
10. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Prize Draw. Entries made by fax, telephone or email will not be accepted. Illegible, incomplete or altered entry forms will be deemed void, as will entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

13. There is no cash alternative to the prize. The prize is non-transferable. 
14. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable.

Winner selection

15. One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries by a third party appointed by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw.
16. The winner will be contacted via email
17. If the winner fails to acknowledge their prize within 7 days, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.
18. If it transpires the winner has not met the eligibility criteria, a new winner will be selected from the remaining eligible qualifying entries.

Privacy and Data Protection

19. Any personal data relating to participants will be used in accordance with UK Data Protection legislation and the General Data Protection Regulation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual’s prior consent unless to fulfil any requirements of the Prize Draw. By entering this competition, you agree to be added to the subscriber lists of Mike’s Dive Store, Mike's Dive Cameras and Scuba Travel which & to receive promotional emails unless you unsubscribe.

General

20. By participating in this Prize Draw, the winner agree to participate in any reasonable marketing and promotional activities required by the Promoter.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Prize Draw or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions will be posted on this website. 
22. By entering the Prize Draw, participants will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
24. This competition will run from 24 July 2018 to 27 October 2018 and entries must be received between these dates. Only one entry per person is permitted. 

Prizes: There is one prize to be won comprising: one liveaboard trip for one person for 7 nights on board the Hurricane with flights from London Gatwick provided by Scuba Travel, one dive gear prize from Mike's Dive Store and one Paralenz Dive Camera+ from Mike's Dive Cameras.  Winning customer can choose any available itinerary on board the Hurricane between now and the end of 2019. Must pick a trip they have enough experience to dive on.

The dive gear prize comprises: a Scubapro Hydros Pro BCD, a Scubapro MK25 EVO A700 Black Tech Carbon Regulator, a Scubapro R195 Octopus, a Double Console, a Scubapro 5mm Everflex Wetsuit, a Pair of Scubapro Seawing Nova Fins, a Scubapro Porter Bag, a Scubapro G2 Dive Computer, a Scubapro Crystal VU Mask, a Scubapro Spectra Snorkel, a Paralenz Dive Camera+, as well as delivery of this prize to one UK address.

Travel insurance is not included and all passengers must have adequate insurance cover.

The prize package is non-transferable, non-changeable, non-refundable and has no cash value. There will be one winner drawn from all entries taken within the promotional period.

The holiday prize does not include dive kit hire.

Scuba Travel, Mike's Dive Store and Mike's Dive Cameras reserve the right to publish the winner's name.

Scuba Travel, Mike's Dive Store and Mike's Dive Cameras reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside of their control.
